Other Youth Ministry Opportunities
Dayspring Central- Dayspring Central is a discipleship camp for Senior High. It for incoming 9th graders through Graduated Seniors. It is a week long camp that offers campers the opportunity to spend time developing their relationship with Jesus Christ. District Camp - Every summer we participate in district youth camp for the Muskogee District of the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church. District youth camp is a week long camp held at Camp Egan located just East of Tahlequah, OK. District camp is open to anyone in the 6-12 grades. Confirmation - Confirmation is a program held in the spring where 6th graders and anyone else want to participate learn about the church, the United Methodist Church, and our faith as Christians. This program is taught by our pastor and youth pastor. Along with meeting weekly for discussion and Bible study the confirmation group participates in a confirmation retreat. At the conclusion of confirmation each participate is given the opportunity to be confirmed and thus become a full member of the United Methodist Church.
